With over 20 years of teaching and coaching experience, Marquis has helped and transformed the lives of many students and colleagues. Having taught 8th grade math, creative writing, English Language Arts and social studies we are now developing and sharing plans for educational reform and improvement of America’s education system, particularly in middles school grades 5-9. We want to uplift all American students through our innovative, exciting, engaging, student centered learning and teaching techniques that promote academic acceleration and a love for learning that is lacking in today’s educational approach. To prove our recommendations, philosophies and best practices work, we are currently in development on a documentary about the Mis-Education of America to provide case studies and data to support our research as we partner with school districts across the country to improve the education experience for all students, parents and teachers.

We are committed to bringing people together and helping to identify and execute diversity and inclusion initiatives in classrooms, boardrooms, corporate offices, sports teams and leagues, non-profit organizations, social media companies, social activist agencies, climate change organizations and production crews. All organizations and teams tasked with creating, improving and implementing diverse, inclusive environments, workspaces, and teams are encouraged to inquire about our services. 

My dad was incarcerated when I was born and then again when I was 3 years old and I had no relationship with him until I was 12. My grandfather was a cop who would take me to the 79th precinct in Brooklyn and I would hang around cops all the time at a young age. My personal experiences with police and the prison industrial complex provides me with a great opportunity to lead and engage in conversations focused on police and prison reform in ways that can truly make America greater and safer for our future generations This unique experience provides us the opportunity to work with organizations, attorneys, activists, prisons, politicians, police unions and departments to create new concepts of policing and prison ideologies that advance our civilization in productive and progressive ways. 

Climate change and global warming is an existential crisis facing us all throughout the world and I offer my services as an Educator and Consultant to corporations and organizations seeking Board members dedicated to addressing the climate crisis and looking for creative ways to address the unprecedented impending dangers the climate crisis will create. 

My entire life has been dedicated to seeking equality and equity for all people with a compassionate understanding that we are only as great of a civilization that we can be, if we ensure that every person has an equal opportunity to enjoy their life and happiness they pursue. Marquis is a team player that will help you and your team achieve the highest levels of equality and equity possible. 

I offer my services as a consultant or Board member in an organization that strives to develop the most comprehensive and beneficial plan of acquiring reparations for African-Americans in the United States. My critical analysis skills combined with my intricate understanding of the African-American experience in America presents a unique problem-solving approach to this very important issue today and into the future.
